TSN to broadcast Rugby Championship in Canada

The wishes of Canadian rugby fans appear to have been answered. TSN will be broadcasting the opening round of The Rugby Championship this weekend. While the broadcaster has not made an official announcement and has not replied to inquiries about the tournament as a whole, an update to their schedule online has confirmed that the matches in Australia and South Africa will be shown this weekend.

A live viewing of the tournament opener between Australia and New Zealand will be shown at 6:05am ET on Saturday, while the second game featuring South Africa and Argentina will be shown on tape delay at 11:00pm ET, also on Saturday. At the time of writing there have been no indications either way of whether the games will be archived, but it appears they will be available on TSN Go.

EDIT: Rugby Canada has now confirmed that TSN will broadcast the Rugby Championship in its entirety. All matches will also be available live on TSN Go. Full broadcast times and channels are below.
