US Eagles prop Titi Lamositele is staying in London a little longer. The 21-year-old has signed a two-year contract extension with Saracens, keeping him at Allianz Park until at least the end of the 2017-18 season. Lamositele joined the Aviva Premiership club as an academy member in November of 2013, and is now a fully-fledged member of the senior squad. He made his Premiership debut against Sale in October of 2015 following his return from the World Cup, and appeared in 18 league games including two starts.
Saracens have been consistently among the top clubs in Europe for several seasons and last season secured a famous double. First they conquered French powerhouse Racing 92 to lift the Champions Cup and they followed it up by winning the Premiership final over Exeter Chiefs. They also finished first during the Premiership regular season.
Former Eagles skipper and current Olympian Chris Wyles is also at the club, and there are a pair of Pumas in Juan Figallo and Marcelo Bosch. One further American international will not be back this season as Hayden Smith announced his retirement in May.
