Cubelli Try Helps Brumbies Topple Reds in Canberra

Puma Tomás Cubelli scored a second half try for the Brumbies in their Super Rugby victory this morning. Playing at home against the Reds the Canberra based franchise enjoyed a 43-24 triumph to retain top spot in the Australian conference.

Cubelli’s try came from the base of a ruck. He threw a dummy which the Reds bought, enabling him to dart over. Earlier he made a break to put Christian Leali’ifano in the clear.

Next up for the Brumbies is an away match against the Blues in Auckland on July 08.
