Argentina’s record breaking performance saw Los Pumitas finish third in the world. The impressive victory over South Africa was the second in the tournament. More importantly it helped to unearth a number of players with the potential to be Pumas in time for Rugby World Cup 2019.
One such player to shine was winger Julian Domínguez. From the same club as Manuel Montero, Dominguez had a very solid tournament. Unfortunately he may well be best remembered for his blooper in yesterday’s Bronze Final.
