Brazil and Chile to meet in Rome Sevens Quarter Finals

South American countries Brazil and Chile are to meet at the Quarter Finals stage of the Rome Sevens on Saturday in Italy.

Brazil’s opening day was a mixed effort. Os Tupis started strongly in downing Tunisia 26-0 and eased to a 40-0 win over composite side  3/4s DM. A perfect day was not to be, though, as the Kings of Rome knocked-over Brazil 14-12 in the final fixture.

For Chile the day was of extreme note. Los Cóndores Sevens defeated Italy 12-5, South Korea 26-19 and composite side Seventiste 14-12.

Brazil and Chile will meet at 3:01pm on Saturday.
