Brazil Roster Named for Rome Sevens

Brazil’s preparation for the Olympic Games is set to continue this month with participation in the upcoming Rome Sevens. Set to be played in the Italian capital on June 10-11 os Tupis will be up against a combination of Italian clubs and countries.

For Brazil the Rome Sevens is now annual. The 2016 event is to be the third consecutive year in which Brazil has competed. This year’s edition will feature sixteen participants with Brazil being joined by Chile, France, Georgia, Italy, Kenya, Lithuania, South Africa and Tunisia as the nations competing.

Os Tupis Head Coach Andrés Romagonli has called up New Zealander Josh Reeves while Lucas Muller, Lucas Duque and Juliano Fiori miss out through injury.
