Baker named to London Dream Team

US Eagles speed merchant Perry Baker has been named to the official HSBC Dream Team for the London 7s. The blazing winger scored an incredible four tries against New Zealand in the Cup quarter final to lead the Eagles to a record 42-14 win. His eight tournament tries were second only to Rieko Ioane, his New Zealand counterpart who was also named in the select side.

South African playmaker Rosko Specman got the nod along with another gas man, Scotland’s Damien Hoyland, completing the backs selection. Two more Scots were rewarded for their Cup victory with forwards Mark Robertson and Scott Riddell included. South Africa’s breakthrough big man Tim Agaba rounds out the team.
