Injera Becomes All-Time Try Scoring Leader

Collins Injera is now the all-time try scoring leader on the HSBC Sevens Series. The popular Kenyan passed Argentina’s Santiago Gómez Cora at the top of the charts with his 231st career try against France at the London 7s on Saturday. Injera, 29, is one of four players on the top 12 list still active. England’s Dan Norton is his closest rival with 208, followed by New Zealand’s Tim Mikkelson, Injera’s brother Humphrey Kayange, and South African speedster Seabelo Senatla.
