Bermuda name lineup for Mexico

The Caribbean Island nation is ready to face Mexico tomorrow in a Rugby World Cup 2015 Qualifying match. The fixture is to be Bermuda’s first of the series and will be away in Mexico City against a Las Serpientes side which was far too strong for the Bahamas, winning 39-3 in Nassau.

In search of qualifying points Bermuda’s players will be required to lift their game. The islanders prepared for Mexico by losing against the South Panthers.

Against Mexico four players – Aldon Campbell, Chris La Placa, Jahniko Francis and Mandela Caeser will all be making their test match debuts for Bermuda.

Saturday’s test match will be played at the Universidad Iberoamericana with kick-off scheduled for 2pm local time. It is to be streamed live by mexrugby.com, making it possible for a wide audience to watch.

In addition to Mexico vs Bermuda there are to be three further Rugby World Cup 2019 qualifiers in Rugby Americas North territories on Saturday. Additional matches are to see Guyana at home to Jamaica, Barbados vs Trinidad & Tobago and the Cayman Islands vs the Bahamas.
