Dolan Scores as Cardiff Blues win in Scotland

USA Eagles utility Cam Dolan brought to an end his Guinness Pro 12 season with an away win in Scotland. Dolan crossed for a second half try for the Welsh region who overcame Edinburgh at Murrayfield on Saturday.

The win was not enough for the Cardiff Blues to secure qualification for the 2016-2017 European Champions Cup and, as such, both the Cardiff Blues and Edinburgh are to play in next season’s European Challenge Cup.

Dolan is likely to be named by Head Coach John Mitchell in the USA Eagles roster for next month’s home internationals. The USA will face Italy in San José, California on June 18 and Russia in Sacramento, California on June 25.
