Torneo Clasificatorio Uruguayo – Carrasco Polo Impress in Week 3

Montevideo club Carrasco Polo impressed in week three of the Torneo Clasificatorio Uruguayo, played this past weekend. The club’s impressive 97-0 hammering of Seminario sent out a warning to the others seeking to qualify for the Campeonato Uruguayo this year.

Also winning their matches were Los Cuervos, PSG, Trébol and Old Boys. All did so by playing at home. Both PSG and Old Boys sneaked in tight, one point victories.

The ongoing Torneo Clasificatorio Uruguayo (Uruguayan Qualifying Tournament) features clubs from across Uruguay, six of which will qualify for the first division of this year’s Campeonato Uruguayo.
