Iosefo named to Vancouver Dream Team

US Eagles centre Martin Iosefo has been named to the official HSBC Dream Team for the Vancouver 7s. A scorer of five tries over the course of the tournament, Iosefo is the only Americas player selected, with Canadian playmaker Nathan Hirayama a notable exclusion. South Africa’s Justin Geduld and Samoan stepper Phoenix Hunapo-Nafoa take the spoils for the midfield creator roles, with Fiji’s Kitione Taliga selected for his point-scoring prowess.

Aerial specialist Jasa Veremalua of Fiji heads up the forwards division alongside South African ball hunter Kwagga Smith. Tim Mikkelson rounds out the group despite playing largely in the backs.
