The new league will feature five teams in 2016, the inaugural season. Teams from Denver, Colorado, Columbus, Ohio and the Californian cities of Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco will compete in the competition.
As PRO Rugby is a new and unprecedented competition rugby supporters are encouraged to get behind the competition and become supporters of a team. For many this will require neutrals to get behind a team representing a city or state in which they do not live in.
