David Williams Named as Denver Assistant Coach

PRO Rugby has confirmed that David Williams will act as an Assistant Coach for the Denver team in its 2016 inaugural season. The England native is a former USA Eagle representative at both Rugby Sevens and senior test level.

He has also worked with the USA Eagles and multiple USA age-grade teams, overseeing all aspects of strength and conditioning. He is also respected Rugby Sevens and skills coach, most recently working with the Pacific Rugby Premiership Champion Glendale Raptors.

Williams further strengthens the already impressive Denver coaching staff. Andre Snyman and Peter Borlase were recently named to the positions of part-time Technical Adviser and an Assistant Coach respectively. They will act as support staff to Head Coach Sean O’Leary who was earlier named Head Coach of the Denver franchise.
