Los Pumitas Power Past Georgia in Game 2

Los Pumitas powered past Georgia this afternoon in game 2 at the Hindú Club in Buenos Aires. The 49-11 result completes a 2-0 series win. The Eastern Europeans will now travel to Uruguay to play a further two matches.

The Argentina and Georgia under 20 teams will both compete at this year’s World Rugby Junior World Championship in Manchester England. The best young junior players from the two countries are candidates to play at the next Rugby World Cup with some of the Pumitas having even played for the Argentina XV in the ongoing Americas Rugby Championship.
