Bosch injured, Baldunciel joins Argentina

A late change ahead of the Americas Rugby Championship opening round sees Gaspar Baldunciel called in for Facundo Bosch. Aged just 19, Baldunciel is to fly to Texas to replace the 24-year-old Bosch and be used as back-up to the 11-times capped Santiago Iglesias Valdez.

Facundo Bosch is now on his way back to Argentina to recover from an injury picked up at training while Gaspar Baldunciel is on his way to join the ARC squad.

Baldunciel joins the squad for the first time and does so while still being a Pumita. In 2015 he played in the World Rugby u20 World Championship, starting against New Zealand while 20 year old Ignacio Calles started ahead of him against Ireland, Italy and Scotland.
