Former Puma Tomás Leonardí Joins Toulouse

Top 14 giants Toulouse have acquired the services of former Puma Tomás Leonardí as a medical joker. Toulouse’s stocks are set to take a hit during the opening months of the season due to the club having Thierry Dusautoir and Louis Picamoles involved in the World Cup. Also missing will be Yannick Nyanga who has joined Racing 92.

28 year old Leonardí joins from Edinburgh for whom he played for from 2013-2015. Prior to that he played in South Africa for the Kings. Capped 18 times by Argentina Leonardí has been out of he frame since Daniel Hourcade replaced Santiago Phelan as Head Coach. His last cap was against Georgia in 2013.

Toulouse have signed Leonardí on a four month deal.
