Los Yakarés are to take on Argentina in the opening fixture of the men’s section of the 2015 CONSUR Sevens in Santá Fé this Friday. The Argentine city is playing host to Olympic Games Qualification with Paraguay being involved in both the men’s and women’s categories.
Paraguay’s women, Las Yakarés, will begin against Chile and will play an additional fixture due to Costa Rica’s participation being restricted to the women’s division. Played over three days the competition will confirm which men’s and women’s teams from the continent join hosts Brazil in representing South America at Rio de Janeiro 2016.
